Michael Boiger received the Harry and Pola Triandis Doctoral Thesis Award
With this award, the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology aims to promote the outstanding achievements of young committed doctoral students.
Michael Boiger, Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Research Group “Affect Across the Lifespan” and Postdoctoral Fellow of the Center for Social and Cultural Psychology at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven), Belgium, received the 2013/2014 Harry and Pola Triandis Doctoral Thesis Award for his dissertation „Emotion in Context: Constructions of Anger and Shame in Four Cultures“. The International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology awards the price to reward high quality intercultural research and to advance the early careers of dedicated researchers.
