Julian Kosciessa was awarded the Otto Hahn Medal 2022

The Max Planck Society honours every year up to 30 young scientists for outstanding scientific achievements

Julian Kosciessa, Postdoctoral Fellow in the Lifespan Neural Dynamics Group (LNDG), was awarded the 2022 Otto Hahn Medal in the Human Sciences Section.

Highlighted are Kosciessa’s fundamental contributions to the measurement and functional characterization of rhythmic and aperiodic activity components of the human brain.

Every year, the Max Planck Society honours young scientists and researchers with the Otto Hahn Medal for outstanding scientific achievements.
