I am researching machine persuasion/deception and how it relates to the emergence of a machine theory of mind. To that end, I am exploring deceptive Large Language Models as agents of social deduction games.

Otherwise, I am interested in the broader field of strategic machine-human interaction. Thus, I am studying how Large Language Models can be finetuned towards goal-directed behavior in social settings using Reinforcement Learning.
