Facility & Technical Operations
The Facility & Technical Operations Department is a central service and, with its wide range of tasks, ensures the smooth technical operation and maintenance of the Institute. The team looks after the technical facilities, coordinates external contractors, and supervises cleaning and waste disposal work. Traditional caretaker duties, minor repairs, maintenance of outdoor facilities, and technical support for meeting rooms are also part of its responsibilities.
In addition, the service area acts as an interface with the MPG's construction department and provides support in the planning and implementation of construction projects as well as measures to maintain existing buildings and technical infrastructure.
