Analyzing verbal reports using LLMs

Pre-conference Workshop

We will offer a full-day hands-on pre-conference workshop on using Large Language Models (LLMs) for the automated analysis of verbal reports. The goal is to demonstrate how LLMs can be used to reveal and interpret the deliberate processes underlying decision-making.

The workshop will consist of lectures introducing LLMs and prompt engineering, as well as practical exercises using a working example in the domain of risky choice.

Knowledge of R or Python and statistical data analysis will be beneficial, but not strictly necessary for engaging with the workshops material. Details on specific prerequisites will be provided closer to the event date.
