Apel, Jennifer

Studies in Communication Science at the Universities of Vienna and FU Berlin and Exhibition Management at Napier University Edinburgh. Doctorate at the TU Munich (TUM School of Education) at the Chair of Educational Psychology (Prof. Dr. Tina Seidel). 

After various project management positions in science, culture and industry, such as at EXPO 2000 GmbH or the Hermann von Helmholtz Center for Cultural Technology at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Jennifer Apel worked from 2010-2020 in at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in the science management, most recently as Managing Director at the Munich Center for Technology in Society (MCTS). In January 2021, she has been appointed as Head of Administration of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development.
