Gender Research Award 2021 for Veronika Zilker

The Gender Research Award, formerly Marie Schlei Award, aims to increase the visibility of outstanding research by FINTA* (women, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender individuals) in the Department of Education/Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin. 

Veronika Zilker, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Adaptive Rationality, has been awarded the 2021 Gender Research Award from Freie Universität Berlin for her dissertation.She explores how different theoretical and methodological approaches affect the scientific understanding of decision making under risk, and how such factors complicate the prediction of risky choice behavior.
