Maschinen und die Zukunft der Arbeit

Leitfrage: Welchen Einfluss haben Maschinen auf Arbeitsplätze, Organisationen und Wirtschaftssysteme?

Robotik und Künstlichen Intelligenz werden das Wesen der Arbeit voraussichtlich grundlegend verändern, viele Arbeitsplätze vernichten und völlig neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Wie sieht die Zukunft der Arbeit aus? Traditionell wird diese Frage von Arbeitsökonomen untersucht. Um neue Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, ergänzt die Gruppe diesen Ansatz mit Methoden aus der Datenwissenschaft, den komplexen Systemen und der Netzwerkforschung.
