Allais Memorial Prize for Ralph Hertwig
The award recognises outstanding contributions to the field of behavioral research
Ralph Hertwig, Director of the Center for Adaptive Rationality, recipient of the Allais Memorial Prize in Behavioral Sciences 2026. The award recognizes his outstanding contributions to decision-making research, including work on bounded and ecological rationality, decisions from experience, the psychology of risk, and the development of “boosting” approaches to evidence‑based public policy.
The Maurice Allais Foundation presents the Maurice Allais Prize in honor of the French economist and 1988 Nobel Prize laureate Maurice Allais. The prize is presented annually at the Prague Conference on Behavioral Sciences.
