The Board of Trustees supports the “Körber Stiftung” in the development and implementation of the German Student Award.

Ulman Lindenberger, Director of the Center for Lifespan Psychology (LIP), was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of the German Thesis Award [Deutscher Studienpreis]. The Körber Foundation annually grants the German Thesis Award to junior researchers of all fields who have recently completed outstanding dissertations. The Board of Trustees supports the Körber Foundation in the further development and implementation of the prize. The main task consists in the assessment of the applicants and the selection of the awardees. The total prize money of more than 100,000 EUR makes the German Thesis Award one of the best endowed prizes for junior researchers.
